RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Contact us online or by email to request a complimentary prepaid return shipping label on your first order. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment and confirmed via email. Chéri Cosmetics reserves the right to issue store credit for repeated return requests.
